East Timor

East Timor - in the year 2006 through the eyes of a backpacker that lingered a bit to savor the moment. A special thanks to Henry Colby of Dili, who encouraged me to explore the corners of this hot and dusty country struggling to find direction in troubled times.

I now live in the Philippines and have no way to update the information on these pages. If any travelers to East Timor care to add any fresh info, just use the comment section at the end of each story and it will be included. Thanks in advance.
