 Cebu Kids
The streets of Cebu city are tough!
These kids hang out near the overpass by the Fuente Osmena. A group of local rascals and viagra salesmen work that area and there is real poverty.
 These kids live by their wits! Those are some mean streets there in Cebu. These kids are friendly enough and once in a while I will spring for some food but rarely give money.
The exception was the girl with her brother in the top photo. I curled a note into her sleeping hand as I passed by.
