 Francis Pa In
Francis from Tinglayan is a great guide for the Cordilleras Mountains in the Philippines.
He can be found in Bontoc at the Churya-a Hotel or at the Pines Hotel.
Speaking the local languages, he makes it very easy to visit the villages. The people are leary of strangers that just show up on their own

I highly recommend him as a guide. He still didn't have a cell phone last time I talked to him so you just have to ask around.
