As always in Indonesia try to get a discount, no matter if you are staying at a real high end place or a budget hostel.
In the high end hotels especially, the management often offers considerable discounts.
It is not a good idea to book rooms on the internet because you are always paying the maximum rate.
The staff at the Susi is very friendly and there is a tv in the lobby.
Always have a look at the rooms before you pay so that you will not be
disappointed. Sometimes a hotel can look great on the outside and be
kind of rough on the inside.
I like a fresh paint job on the walls so you don't have to look at mildew.
