Thresher Shark Divers is at the opposite end of the beach from Sea Explorers. Both TSD and Sea-Ex are high volume dive shops.
It seems that the prices are comparable everywhere on the island with the exception of Divelink being a bit cheaper.
The shops all appear to list their prices in pesos so it is a good idea to ecchange money in Cebu City before you get here.
Colondale, Robinson, SM, Ayala malls both have money changers that offer a good rate.
I think the corporate dive shops accept credit cards but the smaller ones probably do not.
There is a pub with a great view on the roof.
