The Philippine President Sergio Osmena and General Carlos P. Romulo accompanied MacArthur in the landing.

The pond has been filled with water!
The park itself is a great place to relax by the water’s edge. There’s a row of buko juice stands where you can sample coconut juice and enjoy the breeze.
