Dumaguete College Parade

Dumaguete is a vibrant university town with a lot of color and character.

I just happened to arrive the day the college students were putting on a Mardi Gras style parade down main street.

These students were having a good time in their glittering costumes, putting on a show for the crowd.

Filipino people are never short on enthusiasm.
