    Hi Dave,

Thanks mate! It really is nice here in El Nido. We actually landed up staying at Og’s Pension on the beach. Great place with breakfast included and wi-fi.
We walked along the beach all the way to the airport this morning. Took about 4 hours there and back and Beth found some nice shells for the aquarium.

I am planning on loading the bike on a local boat that runs dried fish up to Manila every couple of days and driving down from there. That way we can stop in Samar on the way back.

    cheers

    Hello merce,

….these cottages are on the left side of the road as you approach El Nido by road from Puerto Princesa- they are a bit away from the town center but seem like a nice enough place.

If you are coming from the airport or by sea you will pass through El Nido town first and the cottages will be on the right side of the road as you leave town

….I have not yet stayed there and do not have the new phone number

I often stay at Og’s place on the center of the beach in town

    hope you enjoy your stay
