El Nido
Palawan
The 200XR rents for 1000 pesos per day
The XRM rents for 700
The motorbikes can be rented one way to Puerto Princessa. They have drivers that can bring them back or they will tie them on the rack at the back of the bus.
The drive to Puerto is tedious and rather bland. I suggest renting one of them and tour around northern Palawan instead.

M.v.g peter.
Just an idea for the ones who hit the trails during holidays like me.
There are offroad guided tours offered by World Trails Asia in Puerto Princesa.
Normally they do hardcore enduro with KLX140′s on the carabao trails, but they do recreational offroading too.
I just rented a Honda XR200 and hired the guys per day, as I didn’t know where to go exactly, and they showed me all those nice trails.
I brought my own equipment from home, like protection, helmet etc etc.
Next time I’ll just leave this stuff at home, cause you can buy this motocross stuff for reasonable prices too at the helmet shop, in front of NCCC shopping centre.
I remember you could find “Fox” branded knee and elbow protection for about 1000 pesos or so…a bargain.
Not even a bad idea if you go for an on-road trip to El Nido or Narra for example.
I saw there protection vests, harnas, boots, helmets, jersey’s, pants too.
Thanks for the information!
…sounds like fun
