This place advertises itself as being recommended by the "Lonely Planet" guidebook. It had a grand view overlooking the harbor and a very comfortable restaurant on the top floor.
There is a nice breeze blowing through the open windows and is a great place to grab a beer and watch the ships sail by.

Other than the beautiful view it seems like a poor choice of locations.
Puerto Pension is isolated from the restaurants, malls, and bars so if you don't have your own wheels it is a long walk to get anywhere.
If you just want to get away from town in a peaceful surrounding this might be what you are looking for.
