Summer Homes seems to be a good place to stay. The view and the beach are great. They have internet but it is a tad pricey.

Port Barton is reasonable compact and you can do a quick inspection of the entire beach in less than an hour. Where ever you choose to stay, just pay one day in case another place tickles your fancy.

I did use the internet there and it was very successful. Still by now guess wi fi is everywhere.

I have to agree with Bruce about the concrete, but it is clean and with no insect manifestations like you get in Bamboo style places.
The staff make everybody feel at home Port Barton style.
WiFi is now free there !
No electricity at night, so can be very hot during the dry season.
Low season ends beginning of November. Yes i liked Summer Homes
