 BBQ snacks
Anything can be barbecued in the Philippines. Some of the weirdest stuff tastes pretty good if you don't think too much about what you are nibbling on.
Here we have chicken feet and heads in addition to the standard pork kabobs.
For 2 pesos the chicken intestines are pretty good but I had to pass on the grilled chicken heads even though they had the beaks removed.
The pig ears are sliced into strips and grilled too. Nothing gets wasted in the Philippines.
