They have a nice little place with a walkway leading to the beach but they are not on the beach themselves.

Air conditioned rooms run 1000 pesos a day and non-aircon rooms run 500 pesos. They can be flexible with the prices.

A first hand look at the property would be mandatory. Buying real estate is tricky anywhere in the Philippines and possibly even more so for any foreigners that are new on the scene. I do not pretend to know anything about buying land in the Philippines but suggest moving very slowly and talking to others that have done it sucessfully.
Always use caution when buying land anywhere. Do thorough research and get good legal advice before proceeding ok?
